User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal information that you submitted toProTSR through our website, contact forms, messaging channels, or supported social platform integrations.

How To Request Deletion

Send an email to hello@protsr.comwith the subject line "User Data Deletion Request". Include the email address, phone number, or profile name you used when contacting us so we can locate the relevant records.

What We Will Delete

We will delete or anonymize personal inquiry data that we can reasonably identify, including contact details and message content, unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business compliance purposes.

Response Time

We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we need to verify the request or identify the relevant records.

Facebook or Meta Data

If your request relates to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta platform data, include the profile name or account identifier associated with your interaction so we can process the request accurately.
